Critique, please? 
Diluculi's Black Fedora Pirates character, Lady Riddle!
The Picture:
Sketched traditionally (3 hours), outlined with MS Paint (4 hours), and colored with dA Muro (1 hour).
So, on a scale of one to ten, how horrible is it? I tried to make it so the sword looked like it was in front of her, guarding her, but some people told me it looked sort of like she was eating it...
Also, I did my best to shade it, but MS paint sucks and is basically useless was giving me a hard time.

This is actually pretty impressive, considering that you made it on MS Paint and dA Muro.
In terms of the sketched part (and I am only critiquing to help you improve), the arms seem a bit stiff, and the pose itself also seems a bit stiff, and the face seems a bit... off to me. As in the eyes, nose, and mouth seem a bit disproportionate to one another, especially since the pupils of her eyes seem so large. In terms of shading, this picture definitely lacks it (especially in the wrinkles of the clothing and inside of the clothing -- example, why is the inside of her coat the same brightness as the outside?), but I honestly don't expect to see much (if any at all) shading from MS Paint and/or dA Muro.
I'd give this probably a 3.35 out of 10, assuming that 1 is really great and 10 is really horrible. It's really impressive, especially for what it is, but there are still some things I feel you need to improve on.
Hopefully this critique helps, and I look forward to watching your growth as an artist.
Mayhap when I finally return to the BFP, Aisuru and Infinity could meet, as well.
